Unlike many other providers, we can seamlessly inherit processes and procedures surrounding your existing fleet and integrate them into our management system. Over and above our standard fleet management service, we can also add each vehicle to Grosvenor’s pioneering Advanced Remote Connectivity (ARC) system. ARC is a real-time connection that draws data directly from each vehicle’s On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) system and feeds it into Grosvenor’s award-winning OSCAR fleet management system.
This revolutionises SMR (servicing, maintenance and repair) and downtime management as it provides crucial information, including true odometer readings, service and maintenance countdowns, fuel or EV battery levels, and vehicle dashboard warning lights.
We understand that every commercial vehicle fleet is different, and many already have an established supply chain. We have a strong track record of onboarding existing suppliers and we also collaborate with a network of approved suppliers, allowing us to find the best fit for your requirements. If you have existing suppliers that you prefer, we are happy to adopt them into our network. Our supplier management is highly detailed, with our team actively engaging with supplier systems to manage day-to-day operations on your behalf.
